Working with Creative Methods in Counselling and Psychotherapy
Expressive Arts Therapy is a general umbrella term for psychotherapeutically oriented forms of working with creative, artistic means. These were developed around 1900 as individual methods. In expressive arts therapy various creative methods, such as painting, writing, dance, music or roleplay are combined alternately or selected individually. The theories and methods taught in this course are based on the founders from the USA and Europe like Natalie Rogers, Anna Halprin, Paolo Knill, and others.
